We opened up the doors to air it out and it helped. We had a soaker tub in one of the bathrooms and we couldn’t use it. « Beautiful resort away from the noisy theatre district yet close enough for accessibility. Well equipped kitchen and great amenities. We had an issue with a noisy air conditioning unit above our room. The front desk staff were able to find us another room. This was not an easy task as the hotel was very busy due to Veterans Day. Greatly appreciated their effort to find a solution. »

« Clean and comfortable room. Check-in was super easy as instruction were sent the day of arrival with a code for the door. Simple as that. A relaxing stay with a delicious breakfast/lunch restaurant on site. We enjoyed the deck and chairs on the back side of the room overlooking Branson. « Exterior room door was in bad condition, dented and cracked paint had been painted over. When I drove up and saw that I almost left. Inside the room had been remodeled and was clean, except it had a bare unfinished concrete floor that had once had carpet. The room was dark and lacking a light by the bed. The one redeeming thing was a great blanket rolled up on top of the bed. »
